1. Corporate Status & Scope
Beyond Mission & Impossible Ltd. (hereinafter “BMI” or “the Company”) is a United Kingdom registered entity operating exclusively within the Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) sectors.
BMI supplies dual-use products, components, and systems intended for professional, governmental, defence, security, and industrial applications.
The United Kingdom serves as the Company’s headquarters and administrative jurisdiction.
BMI does not engage in consumer sales and does not transact with private individuals.
2. Eligibility of Purchasers
Supply is restricted to:
Government authorities
NATO member state entities
Recognised defence contractors
Registered commercial enterprises
All customers are subject to mandatory:
Corporate registration verification
Know Your Customer (KYC) proceduresEnd-User Statement (EUS), where applicable
Export compliance screenin
For bulk procurements or high-value contracts, BMI reserves the right to require:
Proof of Funds (POF)
Banking confirmation letter
Corporate ownership documentatio
BMI reserves the unrestricted right to decline, suspend, or terminate transactions that do not satisfy compliance, regulatory, or due diligence standards.
3. Export Control & Regulatory Compliance
All goods may fall under applicable:
United Kingdom Export Control legislation
EU Dual-Use RegulationInternational sanctions frameworks
NATO-aligned procurement standards
Applicable re-export control regimes
The Purchaser bears full responsibility for securing required import authorisations and ensuring lawful end-use.
BMI shall not be obligated to perform under any agreement where such performance would constitute a breach of export control or sanctions legislation.
4. Pricing & Delivery Terms (Bulk Procurement)
4.1 Incoterms 2025
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all bulk pricing is quoted Ex Works (EXW) in accordance with Incoterms® (latest edition in force).
Dispatch location shall be determined by manufacturing origin and specified in the relevant product documentation, quotation, or Proforma Invoice.
Possible EXW locations include:
United Kingdom (UK)
The Netherlands (NL)
Ukraine (UA)
European Union (EU)
Country of origin and dispatch location are determined by our production location and supply chain structure.
The United Kingdom functions as BMI’s headquarters and administrative center.
Prices exclude:
Transport and freightInsurance
Duties and taxes
Export handling charges
Customs clearance fees
Due to volatility in global logistics markets, transport quotations for bulk orders are issued approximately seven (7) days prior to shipment readiness.
4.2 Lead Times
Standard manufacturing and fulfilment lead times for bulk procurement range between:
Two (2) to Three (3) monthsLead times remain indicative and subject to:
Raw material availability
Component allocation
Export licensing timelines
Logistics constraints
Force majeure conditions
BMI shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
5. Sample Orders
Sample procurement is permitted under the following conditions:
Minimum quantity: ten (10) units
Samples are supplied strictly on a non-returnable basis
Sample orders must be placed via registered client account
Payment: 100% prepayment prior to shipmentSample pricing is distinct from bulk pricing structures and is non-negotiable.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Sample Orders
100% payment in advance
Shipment shall only occur upon confirmed receipt of full funds
6.2 Bulk Orders
Unless otherwise contractually agreed, the following staged payment structure applies:
10% upon issuance of Purchase Order (PO)
60% upon commencement of production
30% following successful factory inspection and prior to shipment
Production allocation shall not commence until receipt of the agreed initial payment.
Shipment shall not be authorised until final balance payment is confirmed.
All payments must be made in cleared funds to the designated BMI banking institution.
BMI reserves the right to suspend performance in case of delayed or incomplete payment.
7. Risk & Liability
Risk transfers in accordance with the applicable Incoterm (EXW unless otherwise agreed).
BMI’s liability shall be strictly limited to the contract value of the supplied goods.
BMI shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of operational capability
Loss of profit or contract
Improper integration or misuse of componentsProducts are supplied for professional integration and qualified operational deployment only.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All contracts and transactions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising therefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
